Degen Bridge

Degen Bridge moves assets between Base and Degen Chain, an L3 that uses DEGEN as its gas token instead of ETH. Anyone wanting to use that chain has to bridge first, which is what this contract does and why it holds the value counted here. DEGEN began as a Farcaster tipping token, which makes this one of the clearer links between Base's social layer and its infrastructure.
