Chainlink CCIP

CCIP is Chainlink's cross-chain protocol. It moves tokens and messages between chains using Chainlink's own node network to verify what happened on the source chain before anything is released on the destination.

The entry here is CCIP specifically, not Chainlink's price oracles, which is what most people mean when they say Chainlink. Oracles hold no assets, so they carry no TVL and would not appear in these rankings at all. The value counted is what sits in CCIP's contracts on Base, which is why this is filed as a bridge rather than as infrastructure.
