Vaultedge is a borrowing protocol built on yield-generating vaults, so the collateral backing a loan keeps earning instead of sitting idle. That is more capital-efficient than ordinary overcollateralised lending and it complicates liquidation, because the value of the collateral now depends on how the underlying strategy performs as well as on the market price.
