Base Dollar

Base Dollar is an overcollateralised stablecoin on Base with governance kept deliberately minimal, so the parameters are difficult to change after deployment. Minimal governance removes a category of risk, namely a vote that alters the terms, and gives up the ability to respond when conditions change. It is Base only.
