About SushiSwap
SushiSwap began as a fork of Uniswap in 2020 and has since gone its own way, though its V3 remains close to the original design. Its Base deployment is modest next to its presence on Ethereum and Arbitrum. The protocol's history includes some of DeFi's more public governance trouble, which is part of why its position across chains is smaller than its name suggests. SushiSwap runs on thirty-one chains.
