RAGE Protocol

RAGE Protocol implements a treasury-accumulation strategy in a smart contract, along the lines of the corporate treasuries that borrow to buy an asset and hold it. Putting that in a contract makes the mechanics visible and removes the discretion a company board would have. It is Base only.
